Ensure you have at least 6 – 8hours sleep.
It is recommended to gargle with warm water, salt and apple cider vinegar. I do this twice a day.
If your throat is sore, add honey to hot lemon tea and sip. Honey coats the throat, while lemon acts like a hot pack on the skin.
Try a combination of ginger tea and honey to soothe your sore throat.
